🥚Eggs🥛Milk🌰Sesame🌱Soy🌾WheatSwaps and substitutions
For dairy-free, swap the cream cheese and Monterey Jack for plant-based alternatives, or use a little extra sauce for richness. For egg-free or sesame-free needs, skip the fried egg or swap it for tofu, and leave off the sesame seeds.
What to serve with it
Serve with a crisp green salad or simple steamed bok choy to keep the meal light and fresh. A little extra pickled veg or chilled cucumber on the side also works well with the rich, spicy noodles.
