Ginger Soy Beef Bowls
Savory beef is paired with nutty brown rice and topped with creamy sriracha mayo, fresh cilantro, and crispy fried onions for a bold, satisfying bowl.
Ingredients
For 2 servings
- 1.25 cup Brown Rice
- ¼ ounce Cilantro
- 1 unit Crispy Fried Onions
- 10 ounce Ground Beef
- ¾ cup Jasmine Rice
- 4 tablespoon Kikkoman® Sweet Soy Glaze
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 4 ounce Shredded Carrots
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha
- 4 tablespoon Umami Ginger Sauce
Additional Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon Cooking Oil
- Pepper
- Salt

Swaps and substitutions
For a gluten-free version, use tamari or another gluten-free soy sauce in place of any soy-based glaze or seasoning that includes wheat, and skip the crispy fried onions if needed. For dairy-free or egg-free eating, swap the mayo-based sauce for a vegan mayo or a plain chili sauce, keeping the other toppings the same.
What to serve with it
Serve with a simple cucumber salad, steamed edamame, or quick-pickled vegetables to add freshness and crunch beside the rich, savory bowl. A lime wedge, extra cilantro, or a light miso soup also works well if you want a brighter, more balanced meal.
